We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced AI solutions within our Digital Banking ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise-scale AI architecture, especially within the banking domain.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution
Additional qualification in Islamic Finance will be considered a plus

🧠 Core Skills Required

Designing LLMs, RAG architectures, and GenAI workflows
Integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms using APIs & middleware
Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
Expertise in LLMOps, backend architecture, deployment, and AI safety practices

📊 Experience

5–7 years in software engineering or system architecture
At least 3–5 years of focused experience in AI/ML/GenAI system design and implementation

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and development of enterprise AI platforms
Design and orchestrate multi-agent AI workflows for complex banking use cases
Integrate AI solutions with core banking systems via secure APIs and middleware
Define and optimize RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems
Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient AI deployments
