📌 Job Overview

The selected candidate will support the design and implementation of educational resources, teacher training activities, and professional development initiatives for K–12 education programs across READ Foundation schools.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop educational resource materials, lesson plans, assessments, and training manuals
• Design subject-specific learning content and review curriculum materials
• Conduct teacher training workshops and classroom support visits
• Coordinate with regional teams for textbook review and academic activities
• Monitor teaching quality and support professional development initiatives
• Prepare reports, documentation, and research summaries related to education programs
• Collaborate with schools and stakeholders for effective program implementation

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education

• At least a Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training and material development
• Strong command of English subject content and assessment methods
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively for field assignments
