Key Responsibilities

Lead assigned territories to achieve monthly sales and distribution targets

Manage distributors and order bookers for efficient market execution

Develop territory-wise sales plans and daily coverage strategies

Monitor sales KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports

Conduct regular market visits to evaluate outlet coverage and market trends

Ensure execution of trade marketing activities according to company plans
