Hoechst Pakistan Limited is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Sr. Manager Warehouse. The role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations and facilities in line with defined SOPs and GMP standards
• Lead audit management (internal, customer, and regulatory inspections)
• Ensure effective deviation and change control processes, including CAPA implementation
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with ALCOA+ data integrity principles
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Supply Planning, and Procurement teams
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
• Lead and develop warehouse team, ensuring ongoing GMP and safety training

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, GMP/cGMP, and safety compliance
• Analytical thinking and decision-making ability
• Adaptability, collaboration, and resilience

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (Supply Chain certifications will be an advantage)
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM & WMS modules preferred)
• Up to 10 years of relevant experience (Pharmaceutical industry preferred)
