• Provide moral and character development (Tarbiyah) to students
• Take care of junior Aghoshians residing in the hostel
• Ensure students follow the daily routine and schedule
• Act as a caring mother figure for holistic child development
• Provide emotional support and round-the-clock care to assigned children
