Chase Up is hiring Associate – Replenishment

The Replenishment Associate plays a key role in ensuring that retail shelves remain fully stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing to support smooth customer shopping experience. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, product availability, and overall store presentation standards.

🎓 Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Matric / Intermediate (FA / FSc) or equivalent also acceptable

💼 Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory-related roles preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage
• Fresh candidates with strong physical stamina and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

🧾 Job Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and aligned with planograms
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock from the stockroom
• Check product expiry dates and ensure only fresh stock is displayed
• Remove damaged, expired, or outdated items from shelves
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse/purchasing teams regarding low stock levels
• Support stock counts and inventory audits when required
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of sales floor and stockroom
• Ensure correct pricing and product labeling at all times
• Provide basic assistance to customers when needed
