🎓 Qualification

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel

💼 Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory audit, stock control, or retail operations
• Familiarity with retail ERP systems and audit procedures will be an added advantage

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular physical stock audits and cycle counts
• Reconcile physical inventory with system data and identify discrepancies
• Investigate stock variances including shortages, damages, and overstock
• Ensure accurate labeling, tagging, and proper storage of inventory
• Monitor stock movement (receiving, transfers, and sales)
• Prepare detailed audit reports and highlight risks or control gaps
• Recommend corrective measures to improve inventory accuracy and minimize losses
• Coordinate with store, warehouse, and procurement teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
• Support surprise audits and periodic stock checks
