Children of Adam is seeking a dedicated professional to join their mission in building Pakistan’s first free neuropsychiatric hospital. This role focuses on leading educational initiatives that integrate mental health support within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee school operations within Gadap and other project areas.

• Formulate strategies to enhance educational quality and integration.

• Provide supervision to both teaching and administrative personnel.

• Facilitate seamless coordination between the education and health departments.

• Maintain active liaison with community leaders, parents, and donors.

• Incorporate mental health and psychosocial support directly into the curriculum.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.

• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and professional report writing.
