💼 Experience

Minimum 01 Year relevant experience

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Warden/Administrator in daily operations of Aghosh Home
• Supervise children’s daily routines and ensure timetable compliance
• Ensure discipline, safety, emotional care, and overall well-being of residents
• Monitor behavior and maintain a clean, organized living environment
• Manage inventory and ensure proper implementation of organizational policies
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office
• Coordinate effectively with management and relevant stakeholders
