About the Role
Beaconhouse Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the position of Officer Budgeting & Planning within its Finance Department. Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

ACCA/CA finalists are encouraged to apply

0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, or financial analysis
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets using Oracle Hyperion
-
Monitor departmental and regional budgets to track performance against planned targets
-
Perform quarterly Actual vs. Budget variance analysis and identify key financial insights
-
Support cash flow planning and monitor financial performance regularly
-
Assist in conducting feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives
-
Prepare financial reports, analytical presentations, and management summaries
Required Skills

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial feasibility analysis

Knowledge of variance analysis and management reporting practices

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical capabilities

Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
