🎓 Job Requirements

Qualification

• Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification required
• Basic understanding of bakery and bread products
• Ability to read expiry dates and product labels accurately
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit to manage stock and departmental tasks

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in bakery or bread department preferred
• Hands-on experience in product handling, shelf arrangement, and stock rotation
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Retail/supermarket customer service experience will be an added advantage

📌 Job Description

• Arrange and display bread and bakery products neatly on shelves
• Ensure all products remain fresh, properly labeled, and high quality
• Monitor expiry dates and remove expired or damaged items promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the department
• Assist customers with product availability and basic information
• Coordinate with store staff for timely stock replenishment
• Follow company SOPs and food safety regulations strictly
