The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights, build reports, and support research initiatives to improve educational outcomes and operational efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Design and conduct surveys ensuring accuracy, reliability, and data relevance
Clean, validate, and transform data to maintain high data integrity
Perform ad-hoc analysis based on departmental requirements
Develop clear and impactful data visualizations and dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
Prepare detailed reports with findings and strategic recommendations
Maintain and update databases, tracking systems, and data repositories
Stay updated with emerging tools, techniques, and analytics best practices
Support research and development initiatives within the department

🛠 Required Skills

Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data handling and querying
Knowledge of statistical tools or programming languages (Python, R, SPSS, Stata)
Experience with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus
Familiarity with survey tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)
Basic knowledge of web-based reporting tools (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
