Job Overview

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial performance, operational efficiency, loan and deposit growth, and overall branch administration while maintaining compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations to achieve financial and service objectives.
• Develop strategies for loan and deposit acquisition within assigned budgets.
• Ensure branch profitability and maintain a healthy balance between loans and deposits.
• Supervise operational and administrative activities of the branch.
• Monitor branch opening and closing procedures as per operational standards.
• Ensure efficient execution of all financial and banking transactions.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity requirements effectively.
• Oversee loan approvals and recovery processes while minimizing delinquencies.
• Conduct capacity planning and coordinate staffing requirements.
• Train and mentor branch staff to enhance professional growth and leadership skills.
• Prepare the branch for internal, external, and SBP audits.
• Maintain the bank’s reputation by ensuring transparency, integrity, and compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field from a reputable institution.
• MBA will be preferred (subject to approval).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant banking or branch management experience.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Financial management and operational planning expertise
• Knowledge of microfinance banking operations
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
