In line with its strategic growth, the Bank invites applications from experienced, dynamic, and performance-driven professionals for the position of Head Collections & Recovery (Digital Banking Group) in its Collection & Recovery Division.


šŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and periodically update Collection & Recovery policies and SOPs
  • Ensure full compliance with SBP regulations and internal Code of Conduct to mitigate legal and reputational risks
  • Manage divisional budget including recovery costs, litigation expenses, and third-party agency commissions
  • Monitor portfolio health indicators such as NPL ratios, provisioning, and roll-rate trends
  • Oversee recovery strategies including litigation, settlements, and auctioning of recovered assets
  • Segment portfolio into ā€œBig Ticketā€ and ā€œMass Marketā€ accounts for effective recovery planning
  • Define KPIs for unit heads and evaluate performance based on recovery targets and roll-back rates
  • Strengthen MIS systems with predictive analytics for early default detection
  • Determine staffing needs for field and tele-collections teams
  • Liaise with Credit, FRMU, Card Operations, and Legal teams to resolve systemic issues
  • Monitor fraud patterns including first-payment defaults and bust-out cases
  • Ensure timely escalation of fraud cases to Fraud Risk Unit
  • Act as escalation point for complex customer recovery disputes, balancing recovery and retention

šŸŽ“ Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university
  • Experience: 9 to 12 years of relevant banking experience in Collection & Recovery
  • Age Limit: Up to 55 years at the time of application
