Job Description

Marketing Campaign Design

• Design visually compelling assets for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develop creative materials that strengthen campaign storytelling and brand communication.
• Collaborate with the Senior Content Specialist to convert campaign ideas into engaging visual content.

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Design visual content for digital marketing campaigns and online brand communication.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all digital platforms.

Brand & Visual Identity

• Maintain and implement brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Ensure all creative assets reflect the company’s brand identity and visual standards.
• Contribute innovative visual concepts and creative ideas for ongoing campaigns.

Digital Content Management

• Support uploading and publishing content across websites and social media channels.
• Ensure all published visuals and content remain accurate, optimized, and visually consistent.

Creative Production Support

• Work closely with the Senior Content Specialist to create campaign visuals and marketing creatives.
• Assist in preparing design materials for photoshoots, promotional shoots, and branded campaigns.
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives with visually impactful creative assets.

Design Execution & Asset Management

• Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for digital and marketing use.
• Ensure all design files are correctly formatted and optimized for various platforms.
• Maintain an organized library of creative assets and campaign design files.

Qualification

• BS/MS in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a relevant diploma from a recognized institute.

Required Skills

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Strong visual design, typography, and layout expertise.
• Understanding of digital design formats for social media and marketing platforms.
• 3D design and animation skills will be considered an added advantage.

Behavioral Skills

• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with marketing and content teams.

Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design or creative marketing.
