The Quality Associate (Business Quality Specialist – BQS) is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System at the Sheikhupura site. The role focuses on safeguarding food safety, compliance, and driving a strong culture of quality excellence aligned with continuous improvement principles to achieve zero defects and waste.

🌟 A Day in the Life

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System at plant level
• Promote a strong quality culture focused on zero defects and high compliance standards
• Oversee release and control of raw and packaging materials, including non-conformance investigations
• Conduct supplier audits and support corrective actions to strengthen quality assurance
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and pest management standards
• Manage internal audit programs and evaluate system effectiveness
• Analyze quality data using statistical process control (SPC) for root cause analysis and improvements
• Lead and support training programs for staff and contractors on quality and hygiene standards
• Ensure compliance with WHO and local regulatory guidelines in all operations

🎯 What Will Make You Successful

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
• 🧪 1–2 years of experience in quality management or related field
• 👥 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead small teams (e.g., lab analysts)
• 📊 Strong analytical skills with experience in quality systems and continuous improvement practices
• 💡 Proven ability to deliver results in a structured and compliance-driven environment
