About the Role

Unilever is hiring a Shift Manager for its manufacturing operations in Rahim Yar Khan. This role is ideal for engineering graduates who are passionate about production operations, process improvement, safety, and team management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving shift operations efficiently while ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and operational excellence are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage making and packing operations to meet shift production targets
• Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities with focus on quality, cost, and safety
• Supervise operators, technicians, and contract labor during shift operations
• Monitor material consumption, reduce waste, and improve production yield
• Handle chemical and packaging material receiving processes
• Maintain accurate production and stock records including Fourth Shift transactions
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
• Drive autonomous maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support TPM, HACCP, and audit compliance activities
• Identify workforce skill gaps and coordinate operational training programs

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• BSc Engineering

Experience

• Fresh Engineering Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in FMCG or Manufacturing Operations will be preferred
