Senior Officer Rewards
Human Resources Department – Beaconhouse Group

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR professional to support rewards management, medical insurance administration, HR analytics, and system data integrity.

🎓 Qualification

Master’s in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree

💼 Experience

1–2 years of relevant HR/rewards experience (3–5 years overall experience preferred)

🧩 Key Responsibilities

🏥 Medical Insurance Management

• Manage employee & dependents’ medical insurance data (additions, deletions, eligibility updates)
• Coordinate insurance queries, claims, endorsements, and card issuance
• Ensure timely updates in insurance systems
• Prepare reports on claims, utilization, exceptions, and cost trends
• Support policy implementation and employee awareness

📊 Rewards Analytics & Reporting

• Develop dashboards for increments, adjustments, and cost impact
• Analyze salary trends, benchmarking, and band positioning
• Provide insights for HR decision-making
• Highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities

💻 HR Data & System Support

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data (e.g., BEAMS or similar systems)
• Perform validations, reconciliations, and audits
• Coordinate system improvements with IT
• Support automation and process standardization

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
