• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution
• Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications or diplomas will be preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement of goods and services within banks, multinational companies, conglomerates, or public sector organizations
• Experience in procurement through tendering processes according to PPRA rules will be preferred
• Strong administrative and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of vendor and expense management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Familiarity with EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) or other public procurement platforms
• Strong communication and task prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies and plans
• Ensure compliance with procurement SOPs and timely delivery of equipment across the Bank network
• Prepare Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) and tenders for procurement requirements
• Analyze procurement demands and plan purchasing activities accordingly
• Conduct bid-opening meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure timely publishing of tenders, contracts, and purchase orders on PPRA, NBP website, and EPADS
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Process supplier approvals and payments according to Bank policies
• Perform additional duties assigned by management
