📋 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni across South Region campuses
• Coordinate and manage alumni events, networking sessions, and engagement activities
• Collaborate with campus heads, vendors, and Head Office teams
• Manage social media and digital alumni engagement platforms
• Oversee merchandising and branding activities related to alumni programs
• Ensure accurate and updated alumni data on the BOSS website and app
• Work closely with the Creative Lead on communication and campaign initiatives

The Assistant Manager – Alumni Relations will play a key role in strengthening alumni engagement and fostering long-term relationships with graduates across southern campuses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, creativity, event management expertise, and the ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
