Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable luggage products.
• Provide accurate product information and guide customers regarding features, pricing, and promotions.
• Promote ongoing sales campaigns, discounts, and loyalty programs to improve customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually attractive sales floor according to merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries professionally regarding products, services, and store policies.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, including payment processing, returns, and transaction handling.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock receiving, stock counting, and reporting shortages.
• Support store security and loss prevention procedures by reporting suspicious activities when required.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
