🎓 Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in HR)
🧠 Experience: 3–5 Years in Human Resources

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Lead and implement People & Culture (P&C) policies and procedures
• Monitor HR analytics to improve employee productivity
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Manage succession planning for critical roles
• Build organizational capability aligned with business goals
• Support operations and sales teams in talent development
• Ensure transparent performance management implementation
• Manage monthly payroll and HR administrative processes
• Handle employee relations and ensure labor law compliance

✅ Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of MS Office
• Experience in payroll, employee relations & performance management
• Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance
