🔹 Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Management Associate to support master data creation, planning operations, and reporting functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want to build a career in supply chain, planning, and analytics.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Create and maintain product master data including SKU details, pricing, categories, sizes, colors, and seasonal attributes.
✅ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP and planning systems.
✅ Support Planning & Replenishment teams with reliable datasets and timely data updates.
✅ Configure new articles and product variants before launch.
✅ Perform regular data quality checks to identify duplicate or incorrect records.
✅ Coordinate with Merchandising, Sourcing, IT, and Warehouse teams for smooth data operations.
✅ Assist in report preparation and gradually support Power BI dashboard development.

🎓 Qualification

✔ Graduate in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.

🛠 Required Skills

🔹 Strong command of MS Excel (mandatory)
🔹 Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems preferred
🔹 Interest in learning Power BI and analytics tools
🔹 Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines

💼 Experience

📌 Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or supply chain support roles are encouraged to apply.
