Minimum Matric qualification required

Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, and store policies
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
• Handle customer payments, billing, and refund processes accurately
• Ensure shelves and displays remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Assist in inventory handling and stock replenishment activities
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the department
