Position Overview

Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Supervisor to oversee hotel security operations, ensure guest and staff safety, and maintain a secure environment across all hotel facilities.

Job Requirements

Qualification
Minimum Matriculation or equivalent qualification

Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a supervisory security role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security operations and ensure smooth execution of assigned duties
• Implement and enforce security policies and safety procedures across the hotel premises
• Conduct routine security inspections to identify risks and recommend preventive measures
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems to ensure operational efficiency
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when required
• Train and guide security staff on emergency protocols and operational procedures
• Prepare detailed reports regarding incidents, accidents, and security breaches
• Ensure regular maintenance and proper functioning of all security equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to strengthen overall operational and employee safety measures
• Stay updated with modern security practices, technologies, and compliance standards
