Grade: Band-10 to Band-9

📊 Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise data architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and scalability needs
Design and manage logical & physical data models for structured and unstructured data (OLTP, OLAP, Data Lakes, Warehouses, Lakehouse architectures)
Establish data domain ownership, metadata management, and data lineage frameworks
Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies (vector databases, real-time streaming systems, graph databases)
Develop scalable and fault-tolerant data pipelines (batch & real-time) using tools such as Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka
Ensure data quality, observability, and SLA compliance through monitoring and alerting systems
Optimize data storage, compute, and processing costs
Collaborate with Legal & Information Security teams to enforce data governance, retention, encryption, and anonymization standards
Implement data cataloging, stewardship, and master/reference data management practices

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

Experience:

2 to 4 years of experience in Banking or Non-Banking sector in Data Architecture / Data Engineering
Preference will be given to candidates with 1+ year experience in a similar role

Age Limit:
Up to 55 years as on application date
