Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor digital transaction and revenue flows across ecommerce platforms

✅ Ensure accurate order processing, billing, and system settlements

✅ Identify transaction discrepancies, anomalies, and revenue leakages

✅ Analyze data using Python, SQL, Excel, and data analytics tools

✅ Support AI-powered anomaly detection initiatives and digital assurance models

✅ Create reports, dashboards, and performance insights for management

✅ Collaborate with Finance, IT, Product, Commercial, and Digital teams

✅ Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives

Requirements

Education:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Telecom, Business Analytics, or a related field

Experience & Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in analytics, assurance, fintech, ecommerce, telecom, or related fields preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical abilities are encouraged to apply
• Understanding of digital platforms and ecommerce workflows is a plus
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Excel, or data analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to convert complex datasets into meaningful insights
• Effective communication and presentation skills
