Job Overview

A reputable healthcare organization is seeking vigilant and responsible Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure hospital environment. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills, the ability to handle emergencies professionally, and a commitment to enforcing hospital security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of hospital buildings and surrounding premises to prevent unauthorized access and security threats.
• Monitor surveillance systems, entry points, and visitor movements within hospital areas.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital security policies and management instructions.
• Check luggage, vehicles, visitors, and staff entering hospital premises.
• Maintain surveillance in emergency areas, wards, and internal departments.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, and security breaches.
• Assist in conflict resolution and immediately report incidents to supervisors.
• Verify gate passes for outgoing materials and luggage when required.
• Inspect offices, stores, and departments after working hours.
• Guide patient attendants and visitors regarding hospital rules and waiting area discipline.
• Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Support employees and visitors with security-related concerns.
• Report safety hazards, suspicious activities, or policy violations to the Security Supervisor.
• Ensure proper parking management and orderly vehicle movement.
• Carry out proper shift handover procedures according to established protocols.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor in line with operational requirements.
