Job Overview

Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking a skilled and analytical professional for the position of Assistant Manager Industrial Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving production efficiency, optimizing manufacturing processes, and supporting operational excellence within the home textiles division.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM) and conduct motion studies
• Prepare operation breakdowns to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency
• Perform line balancing and monitor production targets and efficiency levels
• Optimize manpower utilization to achieve operational goals effectively
• Analyze costing and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support manufacturing initiatives aimed at reducing operational waste and production costs
• Assist in capacity planning and factory layout optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the home textiles sector
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of industrial engineering techniques and manufacturing operations
