Job Description

• Perform general maintenance tasks including filling cracks and repairing damaged wall areas.
• Carry out all painting-related duties including walls, doors, chairs, pipelines, gates, and other facility structures.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping old paint, sanding, and ensuring smooth finishing.
• Fill cracks and holes using appropriate materials such as plaster or fillers.
• Mix paints and other materials to achieve required color, texture, and consistency.
• Apply paint to surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques as per instructions.
• Ensure all assigned maintenance and painting tasks are completed efficiently and complaints are properly addressed and monitored.

Requirements

• Matriculation required
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant hands-on painting/maintenance experience
