About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is looking for a skilled and analytical professional for the position of Associate Data Analytics & Insights. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about data management, reporting automation, business intelligence, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational procedures, and SBP prudential regulations.
• Handle periodic and on-demand data requirements for regulators, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
• Extract, analyze, and manage financial system data using advanced queries and reporting tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management and business teams.
• Perform statistical analysis for product enhancement and business optimization.
• Maintain strong compliance with internal and external audit observations related to data.
• Implement data validation and quality assurance procedures.
• Manage loan management datasets and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and customer service teams to resolve data-related challenges.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for operational and strategic improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Advanced expertise in MS Excel
✔ Strong command of Oracle SQL and Trino Database
✔ Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Knowledge of financial systems databases and reporting automation
