Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is hiring Batting Coach – Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team

The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing the batting skills of Pakistan National Team players through modern coaching techniques, game analysis, and strategic planning.

🎓 Required Education, Competency & Experience

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar coaching role with elite cricketers, national, franchise, or international teams
• Strong understanding of batting techniques, game analysis, and player development
• Experience in monitoring and evaluating modern batting systems and coaching processes
• Proven success in coaching athletes/cricketers to international standards
• Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills
• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills with professionalism and integrity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office Suite (coaching software experience will be an advantage)
