Mobilink Microfinance Bank is hiring a Verification Officer (OG-III) for its Credit Management Department at the Chiniot Branch. The role is ideal for experienced banking and credit professionals who can ensure strong credit compliance, accurate loan verification, and prudent risk management while supporting branch business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent desk reviews of loan files for accuracy and policy compliance
• Participate in branch credit committee decisions for loan approvals/rejections
• Perform pre-approval and post-disbursement verifications
• Verify borrower information, repayment capacity, and business authenticity
• Maintain MIS records of processed and rejected applications
• Identify and report policy violations or non-compliance issues
• Coordinate with branch management to improve credit quality and reduce rejection rates
• Ensure implementation of updated credit policies and procedures
• Conduct quarterly verification of goldsmiths and supervise gold auction activities
• Provide training and capacity-building sessions for branch staff

• Business Administration
• Banking & Finance
• Agriculture

• Accounts

💼 Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in credit management or banking operations
