The Emerging Talent Fellowship is a 3-month, project-based internship program designed to prepare fresh graduates for the professional world through real industry exposure, structured mentorship, and hands-on experience.

This initiative bridges the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by involving fellows in real business challenges within a dynamic corporate environment.

🧭 About the Project

This role supports Telenor Pakistan’s corporate strategy function, working closely with the Director Strategy on key strategic deliverables and initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities / Project Goals

As a Strategy Fellow, you will:

• Assist in managing strategic projects and multiple workstreams
• Track deliverables and ensure timely execution across initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments
• Support cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes
• Assist in developing strategy execution plans and action roadmaps
• Contribute to strategy communication and progress updates
• Help prepare board-level and management presentations
• Support reporting requirements across group-level functions
• Assist in regulatory and strategic analysis when required
• Provide inputs on strategic assessments and industry developments

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (minimum)
• Master’s in Project Management or PMP certification is a plus

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
• Exposure to strategy, consulting, or program management is an advantage
