About the Role

Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to drive asset sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying lending opportunities, evaluating customer profiles, promoting financial products, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets.

✅ Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting bank products and services.

✅ Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.

✅ Evaluate customer eligibility using established credit assessment principles.

✅ Conduct field visits and customer verifications to ensure quality loan processing.

✅ Ensure timely loan recoveries and maintain strong portfolio performance.

✅ Educate customers about product features, terms, and repayment procedures.

✅ Prepare field activity plans and conduct regular customer meetings.

✅ Maintain compliance with bank SOPs, internal controls, and SBP regulations.

✅ Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.

✅ Report any suspected fraud, policy violations, or operational risks to management.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred).

📈 0–1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

🤝 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

📊 Basic understanding of sales, lending, and customer service operations.
