🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Sciences, Education, Literacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in library management, reading promotion, literacy programs, or education-related projects.
• Experience in school reading initiatives and children's literacy development.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills.
• Knowledge of early grade reading and children's literature.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
• Fluency in Urdu and Sindhi; English proficiency preferred.
• Willingness to undertake regular field visits.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support school library initiatives.
• Conduct teacher and student training sessions.
• Promote reading culture and literacy activities.
• Monitor library operations and program implementation.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
