Job Summary

Fazal Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and a sound understanding of procurement processes and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create and process purchase orders based on departmental requirements using Oracle ERP.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations and negotiate competitive rates.
Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Assess the technical compatibility of quoted items in coordination with end users and relevant departments.
Monitor deliveries and ensure timely receipt, inspection, and acceptance of goods.
Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
Utilize Oracle ERP effectively for procurement and inventory-related transactions.

Requirements

MBA or BBA from a recognized institution.
1-2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
Good understanding of Oracle ERP systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
