Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Brand Ambassador – Grocery to represent our brand across retail stores and grocery outlets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving product visibility, enhancing customer engagement, executing promotional activities, and supporting sales growth while maintaining excellent relationships with retail partners.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
Candidates with a diploma or equivalent qualification and relevant retail experience may also be considered.

💼 Experience

1–3 years of experience in retail operations, grocery retail, merchandising, sales promotion, or brand activation.
Experience with supermarkets, hypermarkets, or FMCG brands will be preferred.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and executing in-store promotional campaigns.
Knowledge of inventory monitoring and retail compliance practices is an added advantage.

Represent the brand professionally at assigned grocery stores and retail outlets.
Promote products effectively and communicate key brand messages to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and in-store promotional activities.

🛍️ Merchandising & Store Operations

Ensure product availability and monitor stock levels regularly.
Maintain attractive product displays in line with company merchandising standards.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

📊 Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and retail activities.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business decisions.
Prepare regular reports on store visits, promotional performance, and sales activities.

🤝 Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and retail staff.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing objectives.

✅ Compliance & Standards

Ensure adherence to company policies, retail standards, and safety procedures.
Maintain professionalism and uphold brand image at all times.
