🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) required
• Preference for Master’s degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Any HEC-recognized equivalent discipline
• Foreign qualifications must have HEC equivalency certificate

💼 Experience Required

• 15 to 20 years of total professional experience
• At least 3 years in Digital Banking / Digital Transformation leadership role
• Preference for candidates with financial sector experience

⚖️ Regulatory Requirement

• Must meet eligibility under Fit & Proper Test (FPT) criteria of the
  State Bank of Pakistan

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with long-term business goals
• Drive customer-centric digital banking solutions and operational efficiency
• Identify and evaluate emerging fintech trends and digital innovations
• Lead development of:
  • Mobile & internet banking platforms
  • Open APIs
  • Digital wallets
  • Digital payment solutions
• Ensure seamless and modern user experience across digital channels
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by senior management / BoD
