🎓 Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree (Preferably in Supply Chain Management)
💼 Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree

Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) is seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Manager – Supply Chain (Warehouse) to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, compliance processes, and stock control activities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations while maintaining inventory accuracy, process compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and proper stock organization.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and transportation activities to ensure safe material handling.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor and maintain inventory systems to ensure accurate stock records.
• Ensure stock issuance follows FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) principles.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels based on consumption trends and stock requirements.
• Manage short-expiry products and coordinate timely utilization.
• Review and identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and dead stock items for effective inventory planning.

Compliance & Process Control

• Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, policies, and process flows established by IHHN.
• Continuously evaluate inventory management processes and recommend improvements.
• Ensure proper categorization, segregation, and identification of warehouse stock.
• Manage documentation related to supplier loans and stock transactions according to established protocols.

Team Leadership & Administration

• Assist management in recruitment, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff scheduling, and employee development initiatives.
• Supervise store staff activities, attendance records, activity sheets, and EDLs.
• Coordinate with senior management regarding operational challenges, discrepancies, and critical warehouse matters.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain warehouse-related financial records and operational reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation of stock movements and inventory transactions.
• Manage disposal processes for condemned items following approval from the Condemnation Committee.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support Deputy Manager/Manager in resolving operational issues and improving warehouse efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or management in line with professional expertise and organizational requirements.
