Qualification:
Minimum Matric

Experience:
6 months to 1 year (relevant cashier/retail experience preferred)

Job Description

Transaction Processing:
Accurately scan items, verify prices, and handle produce weighing where required.

Payment Handling:
Process cash, credit/debit cards, and coupons securely while ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

Customer Service:
Greet customers professionally, assist with basic product queries, and deliver a smooth checkout experience.

Cash Register Management:
Balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts and report any discrepancies promptly.

Store Policy Compliance:
Ensure compliance with store rules, including verification of IDs for age-restricted purchases (e.g., tobacco and alcohol).

Loss Prevention:
Stay alert to prevent theft, fraud, or suspicious activity during checkout operations.

Checkout Area Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout counter with necessary supplies (bags, receipts, etc.).
