💼 Grade: Band-9 to Band-7
🏢 Department: Project Finance & Infra Advisory, Investment Banking Division (Corporate & Investment Banking Group)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist in deal structuring and transaction execution.
✔ Conduct market research, business development activities, and proposal writing.
✔ Prepare and review financial models, due diligence reports, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
✔ Support the preparation of pitches, presentations, teasers, information memorandums, and other deal marketing documents.
✔ Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize transaction-related legal documents.
✔ Coordinate legal due diligence and support various legal matters related to transactions.
✔ Liaise with clients, syndicate members, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution and timely disbursements.
✔ Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and facilitate quick processing through internal coordination.
✔ Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
✔ Mentor and guide associate-level team members.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification

Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

💼 Experience

Minimum 4–7 years of banking or non-banking experience.
Preference will be given to candidates having at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

🎂 Age Limit

Up to 55 years as of the application closing date.
