About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Officer to support daily online business operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing online sales activities, order processing, inventory updates, marketplace coordination, and product listing management. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce operations while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day e-commerce and online marketplace operations.
• Manage product listings and ensure accurate information across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Monitor inventory updates and maintain accurate stock records.
• Resolve operational issues related to online sales and order processing.
• Prepare reports and analyze performance data.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

🎓 Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Com, or equivalent)

Experience

🕒 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or marketplace management.
