🎓 Qualification

💼 Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:
  • Academic advising
  • Student counselling
  • Enrichment programme management

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in aligning academic choices with long-term career goals from early grades
• Develop personalized mentorship and documentation plans for each student
• Collaborate with school leadership to integrate career development into academic calendars
• Maintain structured records of student progress, achievements, and future readiness
• Conduct parent–student counselling sessions to review goals and action plans
