Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance to strengthen its Central Finance & Accounts function. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial processing, strong internal controls, and smooth operational accounting across multiple financial activities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time, ensuring correct expense booking, cost allocation, and compliance with budgets, contracts, and internal policies.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including asset additions, disposals, valuation records, deposits, and related employee/vendor details.
• Manage employee clearance processes in coordination with HR, ensuring timely recovery of advances, receivables, and other outstanding balances.
• Handle petty cash operations for Head Office and assigned locations, including reconciliations, reimbursements, verification, and expense analysis.
• Oversee corporate credit card usage and RTGS transactions, ensuring proper recording, reconciliation, and compliance with approval workflows.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of relevant accounts payable and general ledger (GL) heads.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field (BBA, MBA Finance, M.Com preferred).
• Professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or General Accounting roles.
