Qualification: 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecom Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in network administration or network engineering. Experience in enterprise or multi-site network environments will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end LAN, WAN, WLAN, and enterprise connectivity.
Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN systems.
Monitor network performance continuously and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Support routing protocols including BGP and OSPF, along with VLANs, NAT, DHCP, and DNS.
Maintain network security policies, firewall rules, and access controls.
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to ensure link uptime and SLA compliance.
Support SD-WAN, MPLS, and VPN connectivity where applicable.
Handle incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Assist in network expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and new site integrations.
Maintain updated network documentation, diagrams, and IP inventory.
