Selection Criteria

• Qualification: 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecom Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in network administration or network engineering. Experience in enterprise or multi-site network environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end LAN, WAN, WLAN, and enterprise connectivity.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN systems.
• Monitor network performance continuously and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Support routing protocols including BGP and OSPF, along with VLANs, NAT, DHCP, and DNS.
• Maintain network security policies, firewall rules, and access controls.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to ensure link uptime and SLA compliance.
• Support SD-WAN, MPLS, and VPN connectivity where applicable.
• Handle incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Assist in network expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and new site integrations.
• Maintain updated network documentation, diagrams, and IP inventory.
