Aghosh Homes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mentor to support the academic, personal, and character development of students residing at Aghosh Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students, monitoring their progress, and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes growth, discipline, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic guidance, counseling, and moral support to assigned students.
Monitor student performance and assist in setting personal development goals.
Conduct regular mentoring sessions and maintain accurate progress records.
Organize and facilitate character-building classes and group development sessions.
Collaborate with educational and residential staff to address academic, social, and behavioral needs.
Encourage positive habits, leadership qualities, and personal responsibility among students.

Requirements

Education

Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in mentoring, education, counseling, youth development, or a related field.
