• Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in site supervision and project execution.
• Strong expertise in construction management, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Experience in planning, monitoring, and coordinating civil construction projects.
• Ability to manage contractors, project timelines, and site resources effectively.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, construction regulations, and project documentation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction projects from planning to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Monitor quality standards and enforce safety regulations on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
