🎓 Education

• Master's/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred disciplines: Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or STEM.

📋 Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in project implementation, community development, or field operations.
• Experience in fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, data collection, and monitoring activities.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
  • Girls' education
  • Women empowerment initiatives
  • STEM-related projects
• Experience in TVET or vocational training programs will be an added advantage.
