Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships

Job Responsibilities

Drive NTB/ETB sales, deposits, and cross-selling targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure regular follow-ups with customers
Maintain sales reporting and compliance with bank policies
Deliver excellent customer service
Promote Shariah-compliant banking products and services
